• 1. Revival Category —> list

• In 2014, the previous Hokkaido 1200 was cancelled due to a serious typhoon. We, AJ Hokkaido, would like to pay our respects to all the riders from all around the world who tried to complete the 1200 by establishing this priority category.
  • Persons qualified: Riders who participated in the 2014 Hokkaido 1200, including DNS, but excluding riders who cancelled in advance.
  • Registration time and method: Starts in 2016 January 6th at midnight and closes January 12th at midnight (Japan Standard Time) via the SportsEntry web site.

  • 【Overseas Revival applicants】
  • ※We will accept all applicants who qualify for this category and who apply during the above period.
  • ***Notice*** Even if you apply for this category without above entry qualification by mistake, we can not accept the entry and can not refund the transfer commission fee and system fee.

• 2. General Category
• 【General category-Overseas participants】
  • Persons qualified : Overseas riders who do not qualify for the Revival category.
  • Registration time and method: Starts in 2016 January 17th at midnight and closes April 20th at midnight (Japan Standard Time) via the SportsEntry web site.
  • 【Overseas General applicants】
  • ※Places will be sold on a First-come-first served basis.
  • ※There will be 50 places for this Overseas General Category minus the Overseas Revival riders.
    • The quota places are 35. (50-15=35)
  • ※When we have sold all the places, you will be able to join the waiting list.

• 【General category-Domestic participants】
  • Persons qualified : Domestic residents riders who do not qualify for the Revival category.
  • Registration method: Starts in 2016 January 17th at midnight and closes April 20th 2016 at midnight (Japan Standard Time) via the SportsEntry web site.
  • 【Domestic General applicants】
  • ※Places will be sold on a First-come-first served basis.
  • ※There will be 150 places for this Domestic General Category minus the Domestic Revival riders.
    • The quota places are 57. (150-93=57)
  • ※When we have sold all the places, you will be able to join the waiting list.

• After all the place have been filled, you will be able to join the waiting list. If a rider cancels, we will transfer their place to the first person in the waiting list. If no place becomes available by 20th April, we will refund your entry fee.

• Cancellation method
  • If you no longer want to take part, write to us at ( Mr.Horikawa ). We will refund your entry fee and any other purchases according to the following rules.

• Cancellation before May 9th, 2016
  • Subject to a 20% (JPY 5,400-) cancellation fee, before May 9th, 2016. The transfer commission fee for a refund is to be paid by the participant.
• Cancellation before June 9th, 2016
  • Subject to a 50% (JPY 13,500-) cancellation fee, before June 9th, 2016. The transfer commission fee for a refund is to be paid by the participant.
• Cancellations after June 10th, 2016 will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
