Refund of the entry fee Hokkaido 1200 (Announced, April 6, 2020)
- As for cancellation & postpone of Hokkaido 1200 by Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), Audax Japan Hokkaido has decided to refund 100% entry fee to all participants. We will send direct e-mail about instruction of refund procedure in due course.
2020 Hokkaido 1200 is postponed to 2021 (Announced, April 4th, 2020)
- Audax Japan Hokkaido has decided to postpone Hokkaido 1200 to 2021 because of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic situation in these days, though we had announced our decision would be around June. Detailed information will be announced in due course.
The policy announcement of Hokkaido 1200 (Mar,27th,2020)
- The pandemic of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) threatens whole world and we are carefully watching the situation and guidelines from local/national government and authorities. We have to consider cancellation of this event, but many supporters and volunteer team of Hokkaido 1200 cheer us up and we, AJ Hokkaido, will try to search for holding Hokkaido 1200 until the last minute of our final decision.

- ＊The next announcement of our decision will be done on June 10th,2020
＊The next moving up of waiting list will be done around June 10th,2020.
＊Order application of Hokkaido 1200 km commemorative jerseys will start before June 10th,2020 due to required designing/production time of jerseys. Once you will order the jersey, you can’t cancel it. We will soon announce details of order application. - ＊Furthermore, we have abolished the previous rule of cancellation and set up new rule as below.

- *We will not check the safety equipment on this day.
*Please do not come by bicycle at the venue. There is no parking area available for bicycles because of the hall is located in the city central. The nearby general bicycle parking lot is also expected to be full and crowded. The city ordinance prohibits bicycles from stopping outside the parking lot.

Entry Qualification
- 1) You must complete a BRM 600km or more by the end of 2019.
- 2) You must be covered by liability insurance of at least JPY 100,000,000.
- 3) Required to be 20 years old or more.
- * Overseas riders who can't purchase above condition insurance in your country, we will introduce Japanese insurance company later on.

- Schedule for the entry list release:
- The entry list including the start time will be released in early April.Please note that we may not be able to meet all of your request about the start time. The final entry list is scheduled to be released in early July.
- The reception will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, and you will be on the waiting list after the capacity is reached.
- *Please select your preferred start time group in the SPORTS ENTRY application.
- *Your Start time group will be informed in this site. Sorry we can't answer for individual questions about this category selection.
- *If you wish start with your friends in same group, please fill up all your friends name in the application sheet.
- *Advance of the waiting list is held at the beginnings of every month until early July. The advance target participants will be notified by e-mail from the Sports Entry.
- Please apply again from the Sports Entry within 3 days after you received the e-mail. If you cannot apply within the deadline, you will be declined.
- *There was no cancellation advance in the beginning of March.
- *The deadline for Sports Entry is March 31.In early April, we are planning to increase the number of capacity after removing the frame of domestic and overseas quotas.
- There is still enough space for overseas participants. We are waiting for your entries.
- In addition, there are plenty of opportunities to be raised from the domestic waitlist, so we would like to expect you to register and wait for without giving up.

- ＊If we will decide the suspension of event at June 10th decision, 100% entry fee will be refunded.
＊If we will decide to hold the event at June 10th decision, we can accept the cancellation of applicants by June 15th deadline with 100% entry fee refund.
After June 16th we will not refund the entry fee on cancellation.
＊We may announce the revised policy even after June 10th for your health and security.

- Cancellation before March 31st, 2020
Subject to a 20% (JPY 5,800-) cancellation fee. The transfer commission fee for a refund is to be paid by the participant.
Cancellation before June 30th, 2020
Subject to a 50% (JPY 14,500-) cancellation fee. The transfer commission fee for a refund is to be paid by the participant.
Cancellations after June 30th, 2020 will attract a 100% cancellation fee.

- About a special participation for the volunteer family
- One volunteer can give for his or her volunteer family one participation out of the capacity frame of the general offer.
- Participation application period: January 15th to March 31st.

*It is the participants (runner) to apply from SPORT ENTRY SITE.
*The participation fee is the same as general entry.
*There is interview item about the family volunteer in the application from in the SPORTS ENTRY SITE. Please answer all of the items.
*It is required to have more than 3 days of volunteer activity.
*Volunteer(s) will be contacted by AJ Hokkaido “Kumasaka” later to confirm acceptance.
